Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an ambitious Site Manager or strong No.2 to take the lead on commercial build projects valued between £5m-£10m.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been supporting on larger projects and is now ready to take full ownership on site, with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking the lead on site, managing day-to-day operations and driving programme delivery
  • Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of quality across new-build and refurbishment schemes
  • Working closely with senior management, commercial, and design teams
  • Playing a key role in projects within live or sensitive environments
