Project Manager required to work on Airport Projects (Construction). As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
  • Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout.
  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Drive high standards in quality control and snagging, ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across all sites.
  • Partner with commercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements.
  • Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and construction contracts.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance where required.
