We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s mini contact centre team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, either in person or over the phone.
Due to a cyber policy change approx. 6 months ago, a business-critical task has emerged requiring immediate support while systems are being adapted to accommodate the new policy. This specifically affects retired staff members who do not have access to systems, but still need access to essential services such as pension and holiday benefits.
This is a vital support function ensuring our retirees maintain access to their benefits during this transitional period.
