A multinational logistics company is hiring a Facilities Manager for their office and warehouse sites. They are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their central facilities and property team to deliver hard and soft service facilities, as well as projects and upgrade works, to their corporate office and warehousing sites in Heathrow. This is a site-based role operating Monday to Friday.
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for operational management of all facilities services for the corporate office and other properties on site, including warehousing. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment. You will be required to develop and maintain a logical and realistic approach to minimising all building-related risks associated with the site.
- Hard services maintenance management.
- Projects - ensuring refurbishments, upgrades, and construction works are delivered as necessary.
- Soft services management - this includes cleaning, security, catering, waste, post room, and other services.
- Stakeholder management - their UK HQ hosts the board and is a hub for international leaders within the business.
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in delivering broad-ranging facilities services within an office or similar environment, along with:
- Commercial facilities and maintenance management experience.
- Relevant facilities/property/engineering/construction qualifications.
- Full UK driving license.
- Line management experience.
- Contractor management experience.
When successful in securing this role, you will receive a permanent contract with a successful multinational logistics and supply chain company, including benefits such as a company car/car allowance (£6,700), annual performance-based bonus (approximately 10%), 25 days leave plus bank holidays (with options to buy additional days), 5-6% pension contributions, and life assurance.
