b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the global subscriber growth function for a premium media brand, driving acquisition, retention and renewal for print and digital subscriptions. You will partner with marketing, editorial, digital and customer teams to build data-driven growth across email, onsite and paid channels, improving conversion and reducing churn. You will shape pricing, propositions and lifecycle strategies to increase customer lifetime value and scale the subscription business. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with scope to build the team and establish frameworks for sustainable growth. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own subscriber growth across global print and digital subscriptions, including acquisition, retention and renewal strategies /li li Improve conversion, optimise pricing and propositions, reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value /li li Develop and execute multichannel growth strategies across email, onsite and paid channels /li li Foster a data-driven culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement /li li Shape the team, build capability and establish frameworks to support long-term subscriber growth /li li Collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, digital and customer teams to align growth initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience owning subscriber growth or recurring revenue in a subscription-led business /li li Strong commercial understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, renewal and LTV /li li Proven ability to develop multichannel growth strategies across email, on-site and paid channels /li li Advanced analytical capability to turn performance data into actionable decisions /li li Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing and analytics platforms (Klaviyo, Piano, GA4) /li li Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration /li li Experience managing paid acquisition with ROI accountability /li li Strategic yet hands-on leadership style and ability to execute /li li Passion for growing premium brands without compromising brand value or audience quality /li li Previous publishing, media, membership, SaaS or subscription-sector experience (advantageous) /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Collaboration across cross-functional teams /li li Data-driven decision making /li li Klaviyo /li li Piano /li li GA4 /li /ul
