Global organisation looking to recruit a Head of Purchasing to join their growing business to drive strategic procurement initiatives

Your new role

• Identifying process improvement opportunities and optimising the purchasing process
• Negotiating group-level contracts
• Developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives
• Taking a leadership role in managing the purchasing team

What you\’ll need to succeed

• Procurement experience (only within Food / FMCG sectors will be considered)
• “People person”, strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on and proactive self-starter
• People management experience managing direct reports or mentoring/ supervising
• Able to be based onsite 3-4 days a week in Surrey
