Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational risk strategy, frameworks, and governance across the wholesale banking division.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to embed a risk-aware culture while providing expert guidance on risk exposure and mitigation.
- Oversee risk assessments, incident management, and business continuity planning.
