Your new company Hays Education are currently recruiting for a Year 4 teacher to work in primary schools in the Chorley area, to start from December until February. This is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school and is popular within the local community for its dedication to pupil learning and achievement. This role will have the potential to be extended to the right candidate. Your new role In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible to your teaching style, making this the perfect role for an ECT/NQT. You should be planning fun and engaging lessons that challenge pupil ability and push them to their potential. You will be expected to come in and hit the ground running and really make an impact on the pupils. You will be marking and assessing pupil work and reporting this back to parents when necessary. You should be confident in building strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents as communication is key in this role. If you have experience in other year groups, please do get in touch as we will have other roles that are better suited for you. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential for this role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT’s and NQT’s are also welcome to apply.
