Your new team Hays Human Resources is a national team of seasoned Recruiters. The London team has a healthy productivity, a diverse, loyal client base and are growing quarter on quarter.
Your new role As an experienced Recruiter, you will join a mature team with a hard-working, high-performing culture. Managing a busy temp desk, you will hire for daybook and multiple FTC positions. You will develop new, as well as strengthen existing, customer relationships and work to the ethos of 'having one customer'. You will participate in our Hays HR Leadership series, networking with HR Leaders in London. You will have the opportunity to recruit for exclusive, senior positions, negotiate your own fees and enjoy lucrative earnings.
What you'll need to succeed You'll need a proven track record of success in a recruitment role, with the ability to thrive in a corporate environment where you have worked at pace. You will be naturally inquisitive to help you build your market knowledge and build strong business relationships. You will be ambitious, driven to progress your career quickly and have strong sales skills with the ability to consult and advise both clients and candidates. To do all of this you will need excellent interpersonal skills with the passion to want to achieve results. You'll be ambitious with passion, credibility and drive.
