An excellent opportunity for a Part-Time HR Administrator – Temporary 3 months. My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a public sector organisation and gain valuable HR experience. Four hours per day, ideally afternoons, hybrid, Bedfordshire 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home (after a qualifying period of a couple of weeks.)Key Responsibilities:
- Logging sickness absence
- Adding new starters to the HR system
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries coming into the inbox
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Preparing contracts and change letters
Requirements:
- Previous HR Administration experience.
- Available to start with no more than 1 week\’s notice.
