You will be a joining a leading University in an exciting CRM Executive role that will work closely with the Student Recruitment, Marketing and Events Teams. The University choose to invest in their staff and develop individuals to ensure activities are aligned with achieving the strategic goals set. You’ll be joining a group of skilled, knowledgeable, & diverse people who work collaboratively together to achieve success.
Your new role
As the CRM Executive, your role will be to maintain and develop the student recruitment CRM system, with a focus toward lead generation, conversion and aligning the system with student recruitment and marketing practices. This will include:
- CRM Implementation & Development: Continuously embedding the CRM system into the University\’s recruitment processes to ensure the cloud-hosted system is maintained to appropriate requirements and is employable seamlessly across the organisation
- Email communications: Management and development of the communications, automations and workflows triggering emails that are issued to students who engage with the CRM
- Supporting open events: Participating in campus events to ensure the system runs smoothly, facilitate post event communications and ensuring events are created on the CRM\’s management application
- Advice & support: Providing advice and support to the wider University on how to maximise the potential of the CRM and email marketing platform
- Supplier and Vendor Liaison: Liaising with the CRM and Email Marketing platform vendors to ensure the University is able to maximise the benefit from the platforms, obtain support for users and deal with any unforeseen issues as they occur.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience working with CRM systems and email marketing
- Previous experience working within education sector, with a preference toward Higher Education due to the nature of the role working through the customer journey of students specifically
- Confident communicator who will be comfortable working closely with stakeholders & educating them on using a bespoke CRM
- Experience in data handling, data management and conveying key data points to stakeholders
- Ability to multi task, work alongside a wider digital team and strong organisational skills.
