Your new company is a well-established charitable organisation that has been supporting carers and vulnerable individuals within the local community for over 30 years. Delivering both Care at Home services and comprehensive support programmes, the organisation provides vital care, advocacy, one-to-one assistance, and community-based services that make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
Your new role involves reporting directly to the Board and taking overall responsibility for the organisation's operational performance. Managing two senior managers, you will oversee the effective delivery of key services, ensuring operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with organisational objectives. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will provide stability and direction during a period of organisational change. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support teams through change, and foster a positive and inclusive culture.
