We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Process Design workstream within a large-scale enterprise Agile transformation programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and optimise business processes (BPMN) while driving delivery across a complex, multi-workstream environment. You’ll operate at the centre of a fast-paced programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and strategic suppliers. Based in Hatfield (Hybrid 2/3 days per week) Inside IR35 To start ASAP until end of 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own delivery of the Process Design workstream, ensuring alignment to programme objectives and timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end project management across a complex transformation environment.
  • Establish and manage RAID, proactively driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing dependencies and critical paths.
  • Prepare and deliver governance reporting (PMC, SteerCo), turning complex data into clear insights.
  • Support and facilitate process design and optimisation (BPMN) aligned to business transformation goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and external suppliers.
  • Manage third-party vendors, ensuring delivery to scope, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Track financials (budget, forecast, cost control) and resource demand.
  • Support benefits realisation and ensure outputs translate into measurable business value.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across a matrix programme structure.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, controls, and audit standards.
  • Lead the mobilisation and ongoing delivery of the Process Design workstream, ensuring it operates effectively and aligns with programme objectives.
  • Drive the development and stakeholder alignment of structured BPMN process maps to support transformation outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent governance rhythm, including RAID management, reporting, and inputs into SteerCo and programme forums.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate interdependencies and risks across multiple workstreams.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across business, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in large-scale Agile transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience working within complex governance environments (RAID, SteerCo, stage gates).
  • Hands-on experience with process design / BPMN / process optimisation.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors / suppliers.

Nice to Have

  • Background in IT infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience working within a consultancy-led programme environment.
  • Familiarity with process tools.
  • Exposure to transformation office / PMO structures.
