This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the service logistics warehouse as a warehouse logistics operative, where accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential. The position involves working across key warehouse functions including Field Receipt Return, Sortation, Warranty Reclamation, Goods In, and Error Handling. You will manage asset and serial number tracking end-to-end, book in returned devices, raise RMA requests, and process purchase order receipts from vendors and OEMs. The role also includes using QR scanning tools to track repair orders, creating transfer orders, and preparing manifests for outbound materials. Dispatch duties involve working with various transport partners to create shipments, manifests, and export documentation, as well as loading and offloading goods. Store operations include stock picking and placement using SAP MRP and WMCS systems in a fast-paced, physical environment where meeting deadlines and performance targets is key. Full training and mentorship will be provided, with prior experience in SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM, WMCS, Excel, and customer portals being highly desirable.

Rate: Β£13.09 per hour (PAYE) OR Β£16.99 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company), in-scope IR35
Contract Length: 22-Feb-2026 to 21-Aug-2026
Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM β 3:00 PM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking and placements of parts against SLA
- Maintaining stock accuracy to a very high degree
- A mindful approach to stock consolidation and storing materials in fast- and slow-moving locations to create an efficient environment.
- Scanning
- Updating SAP accurately
- Stock counting and audit
- Ensuring the required parts are placed at the relevant drop points in a timely fashion.
- Producing delivery notes using Excel templates.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping (working in a 6s environment)
- Stock writes off and stock gains.
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to achieve targets and keep within SLA.
- Well-rounded previous experience in warehouse practices
- Able to prioritise workloads.
- Work well in a team environment
- Has the ability to resolve queries through effective investigation.
- Good numerical and Excel skills
