Responsibilities
- Drive technical standards, support knowledge initiatives and embed best practice across the team
- Develop and maintain precedents, guidance notes, and technical resources
- Provide support on complex property matters and keep lawyers updated on legislative, regulatory, and market developments
- Design and deliver training programmes for lawyers; mentor junior lawyers
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and cross-business collaboration
- Contribute to client-facing projects, thought leadership content and business development
- Support process improvement and legal technology initiatives
- Operate in a role focused on knowledge, training and strategic development rather than fee generation
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in Commercial Property, Real Estate or related property discipline
- Open to established Professional Support Lawyers or experienced fee earners transitioning to PSL
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and research capabilities
- Ability to communicate legal developments clearly and effectively
- Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative; supportive in mentoring and knowledge-sharing
- Experience across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and development projects preferred
