About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends office administration (75%) with hands-on warehouse coordination (25%), making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, multi-functional environment and not being sat behind a desk all the time - you will need to be happy to help when needed in the warehouse. Someone with an interest or experience in animal health.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations - supporting both office processes and warehouse activities, while helping deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock control and inventory updates
- Process orders, deliveries, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
- Support health & safety and compliance procedures
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office support
- Speaking with customers who come to collect prescriptions / orders and supplies
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
- Experience in administration, logistics, or warehouse environments (preferred but not essential)
- AMTRA & Fork Lift qualified but not essential
- A positive, proactive, and reliable approach and be physically fit
