Your new company is a well-established manufacturing business currently seeking a Production Operative to join its growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to develop their career within a fast-paced production environment.
Your new role involves reporting to the Production Supervisor, where you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery and equipment in line with standard operating procedures
- Assembling, packing, and inspecting products to required quality standards
- Meeting production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any defects or issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with H&S regulations
- Supporting continuous improvement and team-based working
What you’ll need to succeed:
