As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works across domestic properties:
- Electrical testing, inspection, and certification
- Carrying out electrical installation condition reports
- Completing minor works and installation certificates
- Installing and replacing electrical systems such as showers, immersion heaters, and heating controls
- Undertaking general electrical installation work and upgrades
- Managing van stock and ensuring materials are used efficiently
- Identifying and reporting any urgent repairs or health and safety concerns
Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 2330 and 2382 essential); proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance within domestic environments. You will also need a full UK driving licence and be willing to participate in an out-of-hours rota.
