You will be joining a well-established and highly reputable housing organisation committed to providing safe, high-quality homes and excellent customer service. With a strong focus on residents and community impact, the organisation takes pride in maintaining homes where people feel comfortable and supported.

As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be part of a busy and supportive Repairs & Maintenance team delivering responsive repairs across residential properties.

  • Carry out joinery works alongside a range of multi-trade repairs
  • Complete tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment

The role is full-time (39 hours per week), with an early finish on Fridays and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Joinery
  • Proven experience across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp/mould work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally, experience within social housing or a similar environment
