Following a recent strategic transformation, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple service areas.

Your new role

As Operations Director, you will report directly to the Board and take overall responsibility for the organisation's operational performance. Managing two senior managers, you will oversee the effective delivery of key services, ensuring operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with organisational objectives. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will provide stability and direction during a period of organisational change. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support teams through change, and foster a positive and inclusive culture. The role requires a commercially minded and solutions-focused leader who can confidently navigate operational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and organisational outcomes.
