Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activitiesEnsure robust financial controls and balance sheet integrityPrepare and review management accounts and financial reporting packsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processesDeliver insightful financial analysis to support business decision-makingManage, mentor and develop members of the finance teamDrive finance process improvements and automation initiativesSupport audit, tax and statutory reporting requirementsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessAbout YouYou'll be an experienced finance professional with a strong xohmjla technical accounting background and previous experience managing teams within a fast-paced environment.
