\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract.This role offers an excellent work-life balance through a 32-hour working week across four days, alongside a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
\n Your new role
\n You will be responsible for managing a varied housing management patch, delivering a high-quality service to tenants and customers. Duties will include:

- Tenancy management and sustainment
- Estate management
- Managing antisocial behaviour cases
- Resident engagement and tenancy support
- Arrears management and early intervention
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for tenants

What you'll need to succeed
\n
- \n
- Recent and relevant Housing Officer experience
- Ability to manage a full housing management caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
