You will manage your own caseload of both contentious and non‐contentious employment matters, advising on HR queries, disciplinary and grievance issues, settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies and redundancies, as well as running and assisting with Employment Tribunal claims. You will also work closely with senior members of the team on more complex and high‐value instructions, including restructures, TUPE, discrimination claims, whistleblowing matters and restrictive covenant disputes.
You will also have the chance to participate in the delivery of seminars, workshops and training sessions for HR professionals and senior management, supporting the team's profile and enhancing your own expertise.
