Your new company
Working for a fast-growing insurance firm based in London City who are spanning into new markets and offering various services and products to customers. Based in London City, you will be required to work in the office 4 days a week.

Your new role
Leading an HR team based in the UK, but most of your time you will be aligned to strategic delivery on global plans aligned with the C-Suite to ensure that predicted growth plans are achieved in 2025. This is a newly created role where you’ll be operating across several companies under one umbrella.

  1. Creating people plans against ambitious scale-up and growth plans
  2. Creation of entities globally, including South America; Asia; Middle East and EMEA
  3. Managing HR Team of 5 in the UK
  4. Acquiring brokerage business through M&A

What you’ll need to succeed
This is the #1 in the business for HR. You’ll need to be someone who is commercially minded and can enable business growth and profitability through people plans, with the ability to persuade and influence C Level stakeholders to invest into HR strategies.

  1. Recent experience in Insurance, or private equity – with a majority of your career (past 10 years) within this sector
  2. Operating at Senior Level – key stakeholders within C-Suite
  3. Demonstrable track record of scaling up, M&A, growth plans and change programmes, ideally from a global perspective
