Your new company
I am working with a global consultancy company that is looking for a Group Finance Project Manager to join the Group Finance team on a contract basis until May 2026. This person will drive excellence in all financial reporting aspects across the business and externally, delivering group reporting for multiple entities and playing a key part in yearly reporting.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include –
- Delivering a high standard of financial reporting for the group, accurate and timely consolidated reporting
- Supporting the finance team in delivering group consolidation processes on a monthly basis. This includes income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and other key reporting aspects
- Supporting the finance team on month-end processes, including review and approval
- Leading on external reporting through development of systems, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Responsible for being group relationship key contact with external auditors, managing interim and annual audit processes, and acting as interface with auditors
- Potential to work on projects within the business as well
What you\’ll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with big 4 audit experience
- Experience working within large complex FTSE businesses or equivalent group finance
- Highly skilled technical accounting experience – IFRS experience is required
- Experience with group consolidations across multiple entities
- Be able to hit the ground running from day one
