Ground Worker / Landscaper Required

Your new role
You will be joining the Living Space Responsive team in the West Lancashire area. Carrying out responsive maintenance tasks on occupied properties. You will completing works such as;
– Flagging
– Lift & Re lays
– Trip Hazards
– Patch and repair brick work
– Gate and fence post
– General Landscaping
You will also need to;
– Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line manager
– Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area
– Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA
– Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role, preferably within social housing. You will have a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude to completing tasks. You will have an excellent attendance record and positive references from previous employers. In addition, you will need:
– NVQ / City & Guilds – Landscaping, groundworks, flagging, bricklaying or equivalent
– Full UK Driving Licence
– CSCS Card
– Work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
