We are currently working with a leading main contractor on a commercial construction project in Great Yarmouth and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a freelance basis for approximately 10 months.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site documentation and maintain strong health and safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work certification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Availability to start in June
