We're recruiting for a Site Manager to provide 1 week of holiday cover on a bespoke new build housing development in Grantham. You'll be supporting a high-quality housebuilder known for delivering premium, design-led residential schemes.
This assignment involves overseeing day-to-day site operations while also helping out with on-site tasks as required - ideal for someone hands-on with experience across residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
- Coordinate trades, deliveries, and material movements.
- Assist with general site duties where required (hands-on support expected).
- Maintain site records, inductions, permits, and daily checks.
- Continue smooth progress of works during the Site Manager's absence.

- NPORS or CPCS Telehandler Ticket (must be competent operating a telehandler)
- Previous experience managing or supporting new build housing sites
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards of safety and organisation
