This exciting opportunity is seeking a proactive individual to join the Sales team to manage sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospect new clients. Ideal candidates have experience in a sales role within financial services. A strong growth program is in place to ensure the individual is provided with strong training and upskilling. Actively looking for people with sales experience who are interested in developing a career in finance sales, and want to take control of the business development of clients. The firm has a global presence and wants to provide upskilling and training to develop candidates.
The Sales department is responsible for the strategic planning of overall business growth, identifying opportunities with new companies and clients for all currency products, as well as maintaining relationships with existing companies and clients, and increasing their business revenue. The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospecting new clients and accounts. They serve as the interface between clients and the Dealing Team, working closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. The role requires some prior sales experience or a strong desire to leverage previous experience to develop a long-lasting career.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous sales experience.
- Proven history of operating within a commercial sales environment (both face-to-face and telephone sales).
- Able to clearly articulate a full understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
- Able to demonstrate strong sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills).
- Understanding the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
