They provide strategic and technical support across a wide range of sustainability areas, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and commercial landscape. Working with clients across multiple sectors, the business supports the development and delivery of practical, results-driven solutions, including carbon reduction strategies, ESG frameworks, and broader sustainability initiatives. Their approach combines data-led insight with clear, actionable recommendations to drive meaningful change.

Duties could include:

  • Supporting the delivery of sustainability and ESG advisory projects for clients
  • Assisting with carbon footprinting, emissions data collection and analysis
  • Contributing to net zero strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps
  • Supporting ESG reporting, benchmarking and compliance-related activities
  • Conducting research on sustainability trends, regulations and best practice
  • Assisting with the preparation of client reports, presentations and recommendations
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders as part of project delivery
  • Supporting internal sustainability initiatives and knowledge development

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in sustainability, environmental science or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, ESG or environmental impact
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Experience (internship, placement, or academic projects) in sustainability or related areas is desirable but not essential
