With a confident pipeline of work, they are seeking a graduate technologist to join their collaborative and technically focused team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to embark on their career, to learn and develop, while working on a range of residential schemes, from one-off private homes through to larger-scale developments. There is flexibility to the level of experience required, and those newly graduated, or with a couple of years' experience are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities will include: Prepare architectural and technical drawings using Revit.Support projects from concept through to construction. Assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions. Develop BIM models and technical detailing. Coordinate information with consultants and contractors. Attend site visits and contribute to project delivery. Assist in the design and delivery of high-quality residential schemes. What you'll need to succeed: Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.An interest in BIM-led project delivery with some prior exposure to Revit. Strong technical and detailing skills, with an enthusiasm for residential architecture. A proactive and organised approach, with excellent communication skills. Keen to learn and develop within a collaborative small studio environment. Previous residential project experience gained through university, placement year or professional practice would be advantageous.
