Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor involves the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to completion. You will work closely with project teams, site management and senior commercial colleagues to manage costs, subcontract packages and commercial reporting while supporting successful project delivery. This is a long‑term contract opportunity with a hybrid working pattern and the option to move into a permanent role in the future, should this be of interest.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civils environments
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations and variations
- Ability to produce accurate forecasts, cost reports and final accounts
- Confident communication with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider commercial team
