They are seeking a Subcontract Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering high-value subcontracted services within a major infrastructure project.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme environment, where you'll take ownership of critical supplier relationships and drive delivery across a portfolio of strategically important contracts. Your new role You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end management of subcontracted services, from initial sourcing and tendering through to delivery and contract close-out.Working closely with suppliers, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while proactively managing risk and maximising commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of high-value on-site subcontract packages Oversee supplier performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs and contract obligations Lead regular progress reviews and reporting to senior stakeholders Identify and mitigate programme and commercial risks Support dispute resolution and commercial claims processes Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal delivery teams, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
