Your new role involves carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
- Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
- Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
- Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
- Managing your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficiently
