Repairs AdministratorGlasgow 16.72 per hour PAYE Immediate Start Temporary Contract | 2 Months (with potential extension) Your New Company A well-established organisation in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a repairs, housing maintenance, property services or facilities environment who can hit the ground running. Your New Role As a Repairs Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the repairs and maintenance function, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and customer enquiries are managed effectively. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and scheduling repair and maintenance appointments. Raising and updating repair orders on internal systems. Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams regarding repairs progress. Monitoring outstanding repairs and ensuring updates are recorded accurately. Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Providing general administrative support to the repairs team. What You'll Need to Succeed Previous experience within a repairs administration, housing maintenance, property services or planned/reactive maintenance environment is essential. Strong administration and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems. Available to start immediately or at short notice. What You'll Get in Return Competitive hourly rate of 16.72 PAYE.
