An established and fast-growing international organisation is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support its European Talent Acquisition function. Your new role

  • You'll provide critical administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the European recruitment team.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and timely experience.
  • Support job posting and advertisement management across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data.
  • Coordinate interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment checks.
  • Produce recruitment reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Support high-volume hiring across both technical and corporate functions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using ATS or HR systems (preferred).
