As Event Project Manager, you'll sit at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions, stakeholders, and suppliers. You'll drive the integration of planning, readiness, and delivery activities - ensuring dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and teams are fully aligned.

Your role will cover:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional integration activities across operational teams
  • Facilitate planning workshops to map dependencies and ensure alignment across all areas
  • Support supplier onboarding and engagement, ensuring clear communication and readiness
  • Drive readiness and testing activities to identify risks, gaps, and operational challenges
  • Design, implement and manage internal systems and tools to support operational delivery
  • Coordinate risk mitigation and contingency planning across key workstreams
  • Support delivery of critical programmes, taskforces, and operational priorities
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including HR, procurement, technology, and operational teams

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
