You will be joining an organisation as a Programme Delivery Executive. This is a social enterprise that delivers a range of programmes designed to support individuals at all career stages. As the Programme Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational planning and delivery of programmes. You will coach and support participants, facilitate both online and in-person workshops, and create and proof training materials. The role also includes management of the Learning Management System, handling post-programme data and reporting, occasional client relationship support, and contributing to company events. This role also includes the opportunity to travel and build connections.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in learning delivery such as teaching, coaching or mentoring, as well as project management or programme coordination. Strong data management skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask across multiple programmes. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Office 365 and digital design tools are also required. Facilitation experience is desirable.
