As a Welder (PG3), you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds in line with approved welding procedures and manufacturing instructions, contributing directly to the construction and completion of complex engineering projects.
- Carrying out welding activities in accordance with approved welding procedures
- Interpreting manufacturing instructions and technical documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed to required quality standards and tolerances
- Demonstrating strong hand skills and precision in all welding processes
- Maintaining strict adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards and risk awareness
- Working closely with supervisors and other trades to support production targets
- Supporting and coaching apprentices where required
Requirements:
- Practical welding experience supported by relevant on-the-job and/or classroom training
