Due to continued growth and ongoing success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Director within the organisation.

The Opportunity This role offers the chance to become a key member of a dynamic and fast-paced leadership team, providing seamless support to a senior Director while helping drive operational excellence across a busy and high-profile business.

You will be a trusted confidant, capable of managing multiple priorities, anticipating business needs and ensuring the Director's time is used effectively.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the Director.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations and briefing materials.

Manage complex travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and itineraries.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, partners and suppliers.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting packs.

Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, tracking actions through to completion.

Support business projects and operational initiatives as required.

Coordinate hospitality, event attendance and stakeholder engagements.

Manage expenses, purchase orders and administrative processes.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience supporting Director or Executive-level stakeholders.

Exceptional organisational and planning skills.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

The ability to work with complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience within events, hospitality, entertainment, sport or a similarly fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous.
