As an Operations & Project Delivery Executive, you will play a central role in supporting sales, marketing, and business development activity through effective project coordination and administration. You will manage end-to-end tender processes, from proposal development through to submission, as well as overseeing customer onboarding and maintaining key operational documentation and systems.

You will work across multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, including the delivery of campaigns and webinars, managing incoming leads, and maintaining accreditation portals and internal systems. This is a varied, fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities.

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing projects from start to finish. Experience in tender or bid administration, project coordination, or supporting sales and marketing functions would be highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
