A well-established and highly reputable building surveying consultancy is delivering a number of large-scale residential survey programmes across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. This organisation has a strong track record within the residential and social housing sector and is known for delivering high-volume, quality-led survey programmes for key clients.

You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field.

  • Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
  • Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
  • Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
  • Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
  • Managing your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficiently

Previous experience carrying out stock condition or fabric surveys is required, along with:

  • Experience surveying residential or social housing stock
  • Strong ability to deliver high survey volumes to tight deadlines
  • Competence using tablet/data capture systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
