This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering exposure across multiple areas of finance and the opportunity to influence decision-making.You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and adds value to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Production of monthly management accounts with insightful analysis Ownership of day-to-day financial operations Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Managing cash flow and working capital Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls Oversight of purchase and sales ledger activities Supporting statutory reporting and year-end processes VAT returns and regulatory compliance Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support business decisions Driving improvements in financial processes and systems Supporting audits and liaising with external advisors What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role Strong technical accounting knowledge (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent experience) Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business Highly organised with strong attention to detail What you'll get in return Competitive salary depending on experience Flexible / hybrid working options Generous holiday allowance bank holidays Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing professional development opportunities If you're looking for a varied and impactful Finance Manager role where you can add real value, we'd love to hear from you.
