Housing Estate Assistant in Glasgow

I'm currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant to join an established Housing Association on an initial temporary contract.This is a great opportunity for someone with housing experience who is available immediately and looking to secure work through to the end of December, with a strong likelihood of extension. Allocations & Lettings Providing advice and information to housing applicants Supporting applications and housing prospect interviews Assisting with the allocation and letting of void and new-build properties Maintaining accurate allocations and lettings records Supporting Housing Officers with successions, assignations and mutual exchanges Preparing tenancy documentation and updating housing management systems Estate Management Carrying out and recording estate/property inspections Supporting the management of estate services including cleaning and landscaping General Housing Support Acting as a key point of contact for housing service queries Supporting the wider housing team with day-to-day service delivery If you have previous experience within social housing, allocations, tenancy management or lettings and are available immediately or at short notice, I'd love to hear from you.
