You’ll focus on IHT planning, trust structuring, and wider personal tax matters, working closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.You’ll also support senior colleagues in developing the practice, contribute to thought leadership, and help mentor junior team members. This is a client-facing role with real scope to shape your career in a growing and respected advisory team.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you'll bring solid experience in personal tax advisory, with a particular interest—or background—in inheritance tax planning and trust work. Your ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships will be key, as will your confidence in managing a varied portfolio and delivering practical, tailored advice. A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring junior colleagues will help you integrate seamlessly into the team. While ATT or CTA qualifications are preferred, equivalent experience and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are equally valued.
