Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm with good flexibility offered on start and finish times. The role is office-based and there is on-site parking and the offices can be accessed by public transport too.
Reporting to the Management Accountant and working as part of a sub-team of 2 but part of a wider finance team, the Finance Assistant will undertake a range of duties. Your responsibilities will mainly include sales ledger tasks and will not be limited to:
- Experience in a similarly finance assistant position is essential.
- You will be a friendly and professional communicator (both verbal and written) as you will liaise with clients and colleagues on a daily basis via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
