Their Facilities Services division supports the ongoing performance of these environments, ensuring compliance, uptime, and operational excellence for clients operating at the forefront of science and technology.

As Facilities Service Lead, you will take on a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing technical service delivery across specialist and regulated environments. Acting as a key client interface, you will ensure services are delivered to the highest standard while building strong, long-term relationships.

This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client engagement - requiring someone who can confidently lead teams, understand complex environments, and ask the right questions to drive value across both service delivery and client outcomes.

You will also play a key role in supporting the growth of the Scotland Division, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to the wider development of the business.
