A well-established Housing Association in Glasgow is looking to recruit an Estates Coordinator to join their Property Services team on a temporary basis for approximately nine months, with the potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation committed to delivering high-quality homes and neighbourhood services while making a real difference to local communities.
As Estates Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the Association's estates are safe, well maintained and provide a positive environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating estate inspections and identifying maintenance requirements.
- Managing responsive estate-related repairs and monitoring works through to completion.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, cost and timescales.
- Monitoring contractor performance and service standards.
- Responding to estate-related enquiries from tenants and stakeholders.
- Supporting planned maintenance and environmental improvement programmes.
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports where required.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within housing, property or estate management, ideally within a Housing Association or Local Authority environment. You will also have:
- Experience coordinating maintenance or estate management activities.
- Knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and contractor management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
