Your new role

As Facilities Service Lead, you will take on a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing technical service delivery across specialist and regulated environments. Acting as a key client interface, you will ensure services are delivered to the highest standard while building strong, long-term relationships. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client engagement - requiring someone who can confidently lead teams, understand complex environments, and ask the right questions to drive value across both service delivery and client outcomes. You will also play a key role in supporting the growth of the Scotland Division, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to the wider development of the business.
