We're looking for an experienced Digital Communications Manager to play a key role on one of the UK's largest and most complex transformation programmes. This is a high‐impact opportunity for a strategic storyteller who thrives in change environments and knows how to turn complexity into compelling, human‐centred communications that cut through.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of engaging, creative digital communications that bring a major transformation programme to life. Working across channels including SharePoint, email, Teams, video, podcasts and animation, your focus will be on delivering a clear, cohesive narrative that informs, inspires and drives positive behaviour change.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement, you'll work closely with designers, change specialists, insights leads and senior stakeholders to create standout content that resonates with diverse audiences at pace. A core early priority will be leading the refresh and optimisation of the programme's SharePoint website, ensuring it becomes a clear, engaging and trusted single source of truth.
You'll shape and deliver a consistent digital narrative across all channels, ensuring communications are aligned, impactful and strategically focused. You'll transform complex and technical information into accessible, compelling content tailored to different audiences, while identifying creative opportunities to maximise engagement and innovation.
Working collaboratively across the programme, you'll deliver a wide range of digital outputs - from senior leader podcasts and video updates to animation storyboards, segmented email communications and improved digital user journeys. You'll also play an active role in building a 'one team' culture, supporting continuous improvement and high‐quality delivery.
You'll be an accomplished digital communications professional with exceptional writing, editing and editorial skills, ideally with deep experience of SharePoint‐led communications. You'll have a proven track record of delivering high‐profile digital storytelling in large, complex or matrixed environments and be confident advising senior stakeholders on narrative and channel choice.
You'll be comfortable working at pace, balancing competing priorities, and navigating ambiguity, all while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
